• Purchase our product (₹550) to activate membership
• Agree to our commission structure and earning potential

2.2 Member Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate contact information
• Follow our code of conduct
• Respect other members and maintain professional relationships
• Report any suspicious activities to our support team

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Commission Rules

• Commission payments are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month
• Network commissions are calculated based on your network depth
• All commissions are subject to verification and approval

3.2 Payment Terms

• Commissions are processed within 7-15 business days
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100
• Payment methods include UPI, Bank Transfer
• All payments are subject to applicable taxes

4. Product Terms

4.1 Product Purchase

• Product price: ₹550
• Product collection and transport is your responsibility
• Product quality is guaranteed for 1 year from purchase date
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase

5. Account Management

5.1 Account Deactivation

• If a member is not active for 2 months, account will be automatically deactivated
• Deactivated accounts cannot earn commissions
• Account reactivation requires admin approval

5.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Do not share your login credentials
• Report any unauthorized access immediately
• We reserve the right to lock accounts for security reasons

6. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using fake information during registration
• Spamming or harassing other members
• Attempting to manipulate the commission system
• Sharing false information about our products or services
• Violating any local, state, or federal laws

7. Privacy Policy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Payment information for commission processing
• Network activity and referral data
• Communication records with our support team

8. Limitation of Liability

Rane Electrical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
